Jamdown sunset….

I saw this on the way home driving over Jack’s Hill to escape traffic and I just had to stop the car and capture it. I think it is a nice way to wind down the week of work. Don’t you? Please enjoy it and have a good weekend. (I’m off to a cocktail thingy at 7:30 PM, not really my type of affair but let’s hope it is OK.)
November 28th, 2003 at 8:37 pm Wow, that is breathtaking. Is that a storm in the distance, too?
November 28th, 2003 at 11:43 pm No storm Amy, just some clouds.
November 29th, 2003 at 6:32 am Really awesome! I lived in Red Hills for a few years. This picture brings back wonderful memories for me.
November 29th, 2003 at 10:12 am …no ‘cocktail thingy’ is anyone’s kind of affair :^)…people just go for the cocktails, ignore the thingy and end up hammered…but the people throwing the event could hardly say “we invite you to a party where we will mix many unpalattable drinks together to produce something that will get you pissed so fast you won’t mind the taste”…or could they :^)…
November 29th, 2003 at 2:51 pm Beautiful, just beautiful. We too had a spectacular sunset here on Sunday…and in fact the sunrise Monday was great too….You may ask what I was doing awake so early…
November 29th, 2003 at 5:39 pm Wow! What a beautiful picture!
November 29th, 2003 at 9:06 pm billy, the ‘cocktail thingy’ was so aptly described by you. All sorts of tiny ’stuck up’ types of foods (pick size portions)
December 1st, 2003 at 4:55 pm Beautiful pic! Our sunsets are particularly colorful because of all the air pollution.
December 4th, 2003 at 1:20 pm so you walk with your camera too! that’s right, for you never know when a photo op might come along
