Apparently, despite the sweet football match we witnessed ‘gainst Uruguay here one week ago and came out victorious, it seems all was not well at the Stadium. I read this article in the Jamaica Observer which reports that there were irregualrities taking place at the gates….. mainly in the bleachers, resulting in a loss of about $4 million in revenue to the JFF. And, to add insult to injury, the JFF was reported a few days before the match, to be in the red to the tune of thirty odd million. Damn shame to rahtid. I hope that those responsible will be dealt with accordingly if they find out who they are.
