A morning ramble
So, it is the first day of the month of my birth, September. We can start to look forward to regular afternoon showers of rain in some cases associated with lightening and thunder. Yes, our rainy season usually arrives about now.
I walked yesterday evening, as a result, I had a sweet sleep last night, that usually happens after I do exercise. I did dream, but can’t remember what about. Here having breakfast and surfing. Bwoy, I tell you. Our newspapers have nutten but stories to tell of who has been killed in reprisal shootings. It just sickens me to see what is going on in our country. I came across a letter in the Observer, and I think I support the views of the author. I might ask if there is anything we the citizens can do to help? Then I stumble on this article about attackers keeping children hostage in a school in Russia. Rahtid man, what a crazy mixed up world we are living in! And then at the same time, there are so many beautiful things about it too.
Right now I am thinking to myself what a beautiful morning it is. The sun is shining, I hear birds outside chirping and a cool breeze is coming in through the window to my left. I can see the brilliant green of the hills surrounding the area in which I live. Hell, if I didn’t have to go to work, I’d probably think about heading to the beach to chill.
OK, so you probably see that the state of crime here, and even in other parts of the world has me thinking a bit. When I read some of the articles about the murders here, I realize that we all have our problems, but I don’t think mine are nearly as bad as others. Everything in life is relative. I had a little encounter with a thief recently, but happily no one in my family had to mourn loss of life. The world can be so frigged up and yet so sweet at the same time. Anyhow, let me get off this negative thinking tone.
I did find an article that made me laugh a bit. I’m sure you are aware that there are folks who can get quite noisy when they are getting their share of Vit S. Oh, you didn’t know? Well, let me tell you, some people do make noise when they get down to business. Now, I suppose it takes all types to make the world, but have any of you ever had a visit from the Police on account of noisemaking during the act!?
I can just see it now. You wake up next morning and the little boy next door is riding his bicycle on the driveway, and he greets you with a “I know what you were up to when the Police came last night!”
Little yute rides off into the distance a laugh afta you to rahtid! I guess the moral of that story is, next time, hold it down. (But enjoy yourself nevertheless.)
Time to go shower and ting. Have a good day. (Apologies if I seem to have repeated myself in the post.)
