Another week…
Well, in case you haven’t realized, the weekend done, and another week at the grind is here. For me the weekend just gone wasn’t all that great. Had much to do on call etc. and hence I had likkle time to jus chill. I thus decided last night that this coming weekend, I man heading to Lime Cay to inhale some sea breeze, tek een some scenery etc. It has been a while since I headed out there.
Not a lot to share with y’all today. I have decided to link a little article about wedding night getting down to business. I read the article and it said that for many couples, the wedding night is not filled with passionate lovemaking at all…many couples jus too tiayd after the ceremony, drink up, dancing and ting. I can understand that still. Anyway, see it here. For those of you who drop by today, and happen to be married, if you feel in the mood to drop a few words about your wedding night, gwaan chru. If however, you would prefer not to share the details, I man will respec dat. Perhaps, in dat case, just drop a smiley and leave all who read to think up details for themselves. After all, fantasy if a rass of ting eeh!?
Anyhow, hope you have good week. If I not mistaken, I think the bank account suppose to get blessed by the end of this week. Trus me, it well needed.

September 19th, 2005 at 12:39 pm I think the whole wedding planning thing duz be so stressful for people that when the event over and the adrenalin gone dem duz just be too tired the night off. i speaking generally now. as fa me when we get up in the hotel room first ting i man do is turn on the tv cause raptors was playing knicks for last playoff spot and i man did need to see who win. wuman juss look at me chupse and cuss muh den. not the best foot to start on in hindsight plus the damn raptors loss.

September 19th, 2005 at 8:51 pm Dr.D I got married at Club St.Lucia and since all we had to do was just show up we had energy for the wedding night so our wedding night was typical drunk rabbit sex(wow that doesn’t sound romantic at all) I mean it was an all-inclusive affair you get to eat and drink all day and your room was just walking distance from the bar so what else are you to do I remembered getting room service the next morning and it was a whole bottle of champaigne (can’t spell to save my life) and the hussy nearly blinded me trying to be don juan and opening it heself we had fun fun.
September 19th, 2005 at 8:53 pm Lawd,Jdid.Raptors over the woman.Yuh lucky she eh kill you then
September 19th, 2005 at 9:05 pm I think Midas and I created quite a scandal - we had a really fun wedding - nuff dancing and t’ing (despite the rather memorable-tho-I-wish-forgettable-speeches) and so when everybody headed out (earlier than we would have liked) to hit a session, we went back to our room, got dressed and took off for the said party! After all, we windies love a good session!!!
September 19th, 2005 at 9:30 pm Jdid, You mean to tell me yu watched sports on your wedding night and lived to tell the tale?! Bredren, yu lucky cyaan done!
September 19th, 2005 at 11:22 pm Well, Natty’s father gave us a rass of a wedding… Nuff ppl, nuff food, nuff liquor and we had a good set, so the people never exactly lef’ out early. We was tired and hungry when everybody left, and when we called room service, the bastards told us that they were closed for the night, so Natty sen’ me go a street to go find food! Man a hunter, ya dun know! I ended up buying two Meal Deal at Kentucky in Cross Roads and we just box that off and go bed go sleep. Trust me, the Wyndham was a real piece of shit hotel for the wedding night. Due to all the effry they dropped pon us, we moved out and checked in to the Pegasus for the next night, where the consumation of the wedding was dealt with, and with much gusto too, I might add !
Then there was Sandals Dunns River for a while, (that was nice too) and then, back to reality! A tiny apartment near Queens High School where we stepped out on the rocky, perilous, first five years of married life!
September 21st, 2005 at 11:09 am Our wedding day was a long and busy one - by time we were at the honeymoon suite we were rather tired… it took a while for me to get out of the big ol wedding dress and all the other garments a woman wears (crinolin, bra, undies, nylons) but we did make use of the shower & then had wedding night nupitals, it wasn’t the most romantic we’d ever had - but, it was our wedding night and we were going to do ‘it’!
