Tower Of Babel

Well, man in pretty good spirits today. Why? Well, no, is not cause I got the ‘peice’ that my bona fide bredrin Mad Bull had wished for me…..(but me still a work pon it my yute….)…but there are lots of things to be happy about.

First off, I have awakened to see yet another day. Thanks to the Big Guy for that.

Yesterday was a ruff day at work, and our acute staff shortage, which should be remedied by the latest Wednesday next week, still continues. It never fails, anytime manpower short, work reach we. Anyway, me a solja….so had to step up to de plate and do what needed to be done. So, felt some sense of accomplishment getting through what had to be dealt with.

Last night, private practice turned out better than I had expected, and, I man hold a cheque which shall be deposited on the way to work. Kitty needs to be resuscitated bad. Then again, the hospital is supposed to have done that between last night and early dis mawnin….(dem better doh phuck round wid man money!)…as today is Payday, making yesterday Lodgement Day. So, all things taken into consideration, the kitty should be purring this weekend. Hmmm….unfortunately, is my weekend fe tek call…. Cho, we shall see…where there’s a will there’s a way.

Hey, we been having some nice cool weather, and it has been a bit overcast with light rain. Actually, I had to tek out mi blanket from Wednesday night….the kinda weather that dictates a certain type of repetitive rhythmic physical activity from which muhco pleasure should result! Don’t know wah me a chat ’bout? Oh well, I will leave you to make your own researches into some of life’s pleasure giving moments. Nutten sweeter than discovery.

My fluish symptoms seem to be abating at last…happy for that. Flu just simply dampens man energy levels. I had hit out ‘gainst it pretty hard with my artillery anyway.

On a less personal note, I read this Gleaner headline this morning. WTF a gwaan? I saw a post by Kami about two school girls that got into a fight resulting in stabbing. When did the yutes get so rass wayward? I believe is lack of parenting, role models, general decay in society, and for many, lazy doh care get rich quick by whatever means with minimal if any effort attitudes. Still, I am sure these three teens got the ammo from an adult. Makes you think twice about having children, does it not? I respect you all who bringing up young uns nowadays. You have to let them tow the line, but at the same time, they have to be savvy to the some of the frig up ways of the world, or they will be very vulnerable. Anyway, I a ramble and I need to lick the road early. Have to make a pit stop at the bank and me a teach again today. Whatever you do with your weekend, hope it brings you and whoever you choose, closer together. Enjoy! TGIF! Later.
