Happy Friday’s Feast (belated)

Yo, dawgs! They have a brand new look over at the Friday Feast website! In honour of that, and despite the fact that this is not a Friday, I am going to do the Friday Feast. See below :

Appetizer
What is the last thing you had to have repaired?

My watch… actually, it wasn’t repaired, I just had the battery changed. Hmmm. lemmee see… not the wipers on the car either, because I just changed the wiper blades… I don’t know if fixing bugs in code counts… I guess it was having the paintjob done on my Honda Accord! That counts as repair, doesn’t it? It fixed spots which had started to rust…

Soup
If someone gave you $2,000 with the stipulation that you had to spend half of it on yourself and give the rest to charity, where would you spend the $1,000 and which charity would receive your remaining $1,000?

Bwoy, I have so many things I could spend the $1000 on that I don’t know which one would get my final vote. If I were going to give away $1000, it would most likely be to my Mom! If not her, Natty’s Mom, or Natty’s Grandmother. Yup, she is still alive!

Salad
What is one of your favorite songs from the 1980s?

Bwoy, there are so many. The first one to mind is “Greetings”, by Half Pint.

Main Course
You enter a pet store. Which section do you go to first?

Dead easy… the section with the dogs, of course. More than likely I won’t bother to go to any of the other sections either! (yes, I am a big dog fan)

Dessert
On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being highest, how athletic are you?

I would have to say that I am a 5 in the athletics department. I used to play many sports but did not really excel at many (or should that be any? -) )

There you have it. Short and sweet! Enjoy the rest of the weekend and don’t forget to give thanks for the West Indies’ victory in the second One Day Int’l cricket match against India at Sabina Park in Jamaica and to put in a good word with the Big Guy up above on the subject of Montserrat, where the volcano has erupted. See here for more info…

Peace.
