Tower Of Babel

Wow! Apparently a lot of Jamaican men have been having paternity tests done recently and the “rate of exclusion” is pretty high! What is the rate of exclusion? That is basically saying that the men are proven NOT to be the father of the children that they have been supporting!

What a preckeh! It sounds like we cyah trust these women as far as we can throw them, and when you look at the size of some of the “mampy” ones, you know say we cyah throw them very far at all!

So, what is the actual rate at which the men are being proven NOT to be the father of these picknies? Well, the people who are doing the testing have been running a little study. Their study won’t be complete until the end of August, so they won’t know for sure until then, but so far, it appears that one in every three men who does the test has been “given a jacket”! The testers suspect that the final figures at the end of the month will show that the ratio will be even worse than that!

Can you believe it? Is this REALLY how tricky Jamaican women are? Mi God! Yardie women, what oonoo have to say for oonoo-self?

I don’t know about you, but I plan to check in when month end comes around for the final figures!

Does anyone know where we can get figures that will show how our women compare to women of other Caribbean countries, as well as to women from the U.S. and Canada, and perhaps to women from the various countries of South America as well?

You know what I just noticed? I just realised that the posts on the old Tower of Babel site which had videos were not imported in their entirety when I brought them over to Wordpress. SHIT! Where the hell is everybody? You set up a group blog, and go to great lengths to get bloggers and then suddenly, life happens…

Alone again… Naturally!

Hey, did you all see the movie “Minority Report“? It starred Tom Cruise, and it was set in a future where crime had been eliminated. The powers that be had come up with a way to predict when a crime was going to occur, and the soon-to-be offender was arrested before committing the crime.

In that movie, there were tons of technological advances in evidence, one of which was the use of biometric tools (such as retina scanners) to determine a person’s identity where ever they went.

When I went to see the movie, it all seemed far fetched, but I read today that the United States Department of Homeland Security is putting in place measures to track the movement of foreigners to and fro across the U.S. borders. The tools they plan to use include pictures, fingerprinting and retina scanners!

No, I am an honest, law abiding citizen, and I have nothing to fear by the implementation of these measures, but at the same time, they leave me with a vague sense of disquiet…

The U.S. is rapidly turning into one big armed camp, and they will probably drag the rest of the world into this state of highly militarised apprehension.

What is the World coming to? Where are we heading? Where will it all end?

MMM MMMMM… What a thing! The people who write my entries have forgotten all about me! Its so sad… I’ve been cast aside, like a used condom or something! Why, its as if I never even existed!
