I am just back to my desk from lunch. I felt for some greasy food, so I went to KFC. Listen nuh man, KFC here in Cayman is up to no good, you know! They are selling the smallest chickens I have ever seen anyone sell! Surely there is some age below which its considered wrong to slaughter an animal for human consumption? I mean, KFC should be slaughtering chickens, not chicks, know what I mean? I wonder if the Cayman Humane Society knows that KFC is into chicken infanticide?

I know what you mean. One time we got some tiny tiny wings from KFC and definitely wondered where they came from

Never thought of it in that context -- the infanticide thing, but come to think of it, there is a lot of things in the grocery store that are too young to be slaughtered. Baby cheeses, tiny chickens, baby carrots, minnow-sized sardines, baby shrimp, lamb chops.
Oh goodness, I must really rethink all of this.

Hi Mad Bull-Do they raise chickens on Cayman or import? Have a great rest of the weekend.

Sunshine! Do they raise chickens in Cayman?
Thats a good one! Actually, I don't think many people raise chickens in a structured way, but the place is inundated with chickens... there are wild chickens running around everywhere. I have mentioned numerous times how the wild roosters wake me up as they start crowing at about 4:00am! When I go to some establishments to eat lunch, they are walking around outside begging food like pigeons do in New York. Cayman is Wild Chicken country!
