Shooting the Shyte

So, what a gwaan, all crew? I am back in the place again. So what are we going to chat about tonight? Eh? Where have I been? But wait? So me have to report to oonoo now? So oonoo think that you is mah boss, or wah? Chupse!

Ok, ok, you guessed it! Not a lot has been going on in my neighbourhood... only work. I mean, I have done a couple of things this week, like Wednesday, I went to Rackhams for my usual lunch with my crew from the last place that I worked. It was a great day, actually... plenty sun, nary a cloud in the sky and the beautiful waters of the harbour by George Town, calling out to you. I swear, one of these Wednesdays, I'm just going to abandon the idea of going back to work, and I'm going to find a little spot to hide my clothes and I am just going to chuck off into the water in nothing but my briefs, the waters look that inviting!

You're right, there's more...

There was a lot of activity on the water too, as there were about six cruise ships in and there were people going out snorkeling, kayaking, and there were small craft aplenty moving up and down.

Of course, the weather was nice and balmy, because this is Christmas in Cayman. Nice and cool! Then my bredrins were all laid back and cool, and the chat was quite interesting, so you done know that it was with reluctance that I tore myself away to go back to work.

Thursday evening, I decided I couldn't bother to fight the traffic, so I stopped and killed a couple of hours at Corner Pocket. Met a guy from Jamdown, we played some closely matched games. He won three and I won one, but I didn't feel too badly because they were really closely run, and if I had more time to burn, I might well have gained the ascendancy... anyway, you know I took his phone number, because I have to ketch him back still! (kick his butt on another occasion) Watch me and him next time!

Aside from those two events though, its been a pretty humdrum, nothing-but-work kind of week... with one exception!

I have been watching a bit of TV, for the first time in what feels like years! Guess what I've been watching? Nuh MTV's "Making the Band" with Diddy and a bunch of girls that he is selecting a real band from, and another show thay have named "Made", where they take people and try to make them into whatever they want to be... one day they were making this absolutely gay guy (very effeminate, and pretty out of shape and fat) into a soccer player for his school, then another time they were turning this guy who was into acting and dance into a wrestler... in all the cases, they try to turn the person into something they are the opposite of, you know. I find them quite interesting, and in the case of "Making the Band", its not just because these young ladies ("Making the Band") are pretty hot!

Bwoy, Diddy can be quite the bitch! Shite!

Anyway, I gone you know, because tonight Diddy is supposed to select who makes the band and I not going to miss it for love nor money! If you are not interested in that, go and take a look at what happens when murder hits the blogosphere, and also at this little titbit: Man's best friend shares most genes with humans! So maybe women had it right all along when they were saying "all men are dogs", huh? So where did this theory that man evolved from the ape come from again?

I watched Making the Band 3 tonight and I have to say I am very pleased with who he picked!! There should have been 3 black girls and 2 white!! I can't believe that the white girls did better than the black ones!!! What's this world coming to???

But all in all it was good.

Glad to hear you had a restful day, ya went swimming and thing!! Good fa you.

No, I didn't have a restful day, its been pedal-to-the-metal work! I didn't go to the sea either. I went to a restaurant by the sea and I was lusting after a sea bath and just being able to chill, bigtime! I did go back to work though, where my nose went immediately back to the grindstone... I must have not written that clearly above. I'll have to try harder, I guess...

I just love the sea and just hate the fact that my skin can't deal with the sun. I guess I'll just have to go at night :-)

I haven't watched MTB in a while. Diddy can be an asshole sometimes though.

OK....I guess I read incorrectly then! Sorry for posting a wrong comment!!

I should have said, sorry your day was not a restful one, and that you didn't get to go to the beach....there's alway next time!
