Shes Gone From My Life

She's gone from my life,
She's gone from my life,
I don't know whether,
to laugh or cry,
I don't know whether,
to live or die,
It cuts like a knife...
She's out of my life.

Goodbye, my love.

Yes, so do you remember how I have been bitching over the high cost of fuel recently? Well, added to the complaints about fuel were my growing feelings of frustration with regard to the heavy traffic one has to endure as a Cayman Islands resident. This has been affecting me more and more, especially as my body has been growing more and more weary from staying up late, reading people's blogs and trying to come up with a post of my own.

As a result of this activity, I have been getting up later and later, and the combination of the traffic and my late rising has resulted in my getting to work late in the A.M. We can't have that, now can we? I finally decided to tackle the fuel price and the traffic issue at the same time, so I sold my pretty baby. smily

Oh honey, I'm going to miss you!

Huh? How will selling the Accord make me get to work earlier? You were wondering if I had just decided to pack it all in and to just leave my job, stay at home and live off of Natty? No, thats not it! No, she isn't going to be driving me in to work either.... no, we haven't moved nearer to work, I am not planning to hich hike and I haven't lined up any rides to work... at least, I haven't asked anyone to give me a ride to work! No, but I do have a ride! Boy, do I have a ride! smily

There IS just a little bit more...

Meet my new beauty!

My new love!

Do you like her? Sweet, isn't she! I think I am going to call her April! Hey, she does burn less gas and traffic can't hold all like her back a rass!

By the way! Tell the truth! When I spoke about a new ride, weren't you thinking about something more like this? View Image! Hey, I know that its been said that I am crass, but I would never refer to a woman as a ride, now would I? I have better breeding that that! She does look good though, doesn't she? smily

Notice, she likes to ride too... they do say the chicks love the bikes, but no, as you can see, I wasn't talking about someone like that, and her love of bikes (and that of other hottie, hottie honey's) has nothing to do with this purchase! I mean it! smily

Ok, be sure to click here for a final word... and if you block pop ups, unblock them for this one...

A beautiful bike, just love the Italian style. I am coming over to work in George Town next month, was worried that there would be no bikers there. Am pleased to see that I will not be alone, cruising the streets, and that you can buy a bike on the island.

Yes, Jeff, she is an Aprilia rs125.

Was beginning to wonder if the next thing you were going to post about is your plans for getting a whole body tattoo! (Don't know if dem have any group akin to Hell's Angels down deh!)

The female 'ride' look like she could be taken for a spin or two still.... wonder what her 'fuel consumption' is like? ;-)

Shit my yute! You sell the Accord and bought a bike? A crotch rocket no less! My yute....something just feels a little bit wrong about that whole deal...oh well, good luck, ride safe, and don't mek no mad man or woman clean you clock on dem roads dere!

Nice Bike, and for a 125, it does not look wimpy, though I guess the sound of the engine would give it away. Nice Bomba.

Hi Mad Bull-You have me going there.

Posted by: sunshine on February 24, 2006 10:11 AM

She does look nice and I've contemplated the same thing here in Jamaica. The traffic to and from Portmore has not been that bad in the past 4 months or so. So, I've dished the idea.

Enjoy di ride!!

I'm trying reeeeeally hard to refrain from lecturing you about safety and so on...trying trying trying...

RIDE CAREFULLY AND SAFELY, MB!

Posted by: Amelia on February 26, 2006 08:44 PM
