Saddam ah Yard and Abroad
So, how many of you have been following the Saddam Hussein trial? Its interesting, but also, I think its a waste of time. We pretty much all accept the man is a fiend! Rass, if he was Mr. Goodfellow, then the U.S. really wasted a shitload of money and U.S. lives (not to mention Iraqi ones, huh?) going in and grabbing him, nuh true? I mean, we know they lied about the WMD, but Saddam was really a fiend! Then I remember back some time in the past, a couple of weeks ago or so, I heard that a couple of the clerks in the court were offended by Saddam insulting a temple belonging to their religion or something like that and they became enraged and rush the man and beat him up! I remember how I marvelled when I heard it, and how the first thing I thought when I heard it was, "How far have the mighty fallen, eeeh?". Actually, thats what I was thinking when I heard about the hole in the ground the U.S. military plucked him out of. IMHO, we should be back in olden times to deal with a man like this! He only deserves one day on trial. At the end of that time, they should just drag him outside and behead him in front of the bloodthirsty mob. Instead, we hear stuff like lawyers on the trial being murdered and stuff like that... I say not even one more life should be wasted on the likes of him! Come on, just drag him out of the court room tomorrow and dus' him out! Cho man! Then you know that they are trying another "Saddam" in Jamaica, at the same time! Yes man! You never knew that Renato Adam's nickname was "Saddam"? Of course, there is more...

Beautiful Endings

You know, this beauty review series doesn't seem to have been garnering much interest, so I'm going to kill it. It wouldn't be right to the few fans it has to go without saying who I think will win the Queen of the Caribbean award though, so I will proceed to do just that. People, I like French kisses, I always have, ever since my first, delivered to me by Suzie. (No Doc, not your Suzie, a much prettier one!)
Alas, Suzie's mom didn't fancy my kissing prowess as much as her daughter might have and so our little fling was very short lived. Anyway, why am I talking about French kisses? Well, its because the girl who I think will run away with the award is from one of the French islands.... she is none other than Miss Martinique! Why do I say that shes going to win the Caribbean queen, at the very least? Because she hot, because she hot, because she hot, hot, hot! The girl is very pretty (IMHO!) and not only that, judging from that picture above, di body is smoking! She is so nice, she has to get a thumbs up from the Mad Bull, true, true! See it yah, mi dahling! I think that the battle for second and third in the Caribbean is between Miss Dominican Republic and Miss Puerto Rico. What are the thoughts of the few fans out there? Yesterday, apart from big snake killing, I also took part in a very important ceremony! Wanna read about it? Well then, click the link below, nuh bredrins?

Slaying the Dragon
Natty's friend came over to visit and she brought her little doggie with her. At one point they went outside to walk the dog, allowing it to do its thing outside rather than in. Her friend was sitting on the back step and Natty was standing beside her. There they were, happily shooting the breeze when suddenly, through her peripheral vision, Natty sensed movement. She turned her head to the left, and what she beheld rendered her speechless with fear! She jumped from the steps to the ground below, and the movement jolted her voicebox into working once more!
"Snake!", she screamed! Her friend beat a hasty retreat as well, and they ran around the house to the front door to come inside to get me.
The snake had been stretched on that metal thing in the picture above. The metal thing was right above their heads. The snakes body went off to the right, down the wall and behind the plate covering the light's socket. The snake was hunting for food, you see. Three small frogs live behind that socket. One escaped but two were trapped behind the metal plate with the snake. As you can see from the picture, to the right there is a frog, he seems to have been enfolded in the snake's coils as he could not move from there.
Of course, there is more...

The Continuing Beauty Review
If you've been visiting my blog recently, you already know that I have been giving a review (from the point of view of the Mad Bull) of the beautiful Caribbean ladies who are delegates in this year's Miss World Pageant. If you haven't been visiting my blog recently, why the hell not! You've got a lot of explaining to do, buddy/missy! Okay, okay, no stress... if you haven't seen them already, simply scroll down to see the other beauty review posts after you've read this one. I am going to deal with a Frenchie and an English speaker now... Tonight I will talk about Miss Guadeloupe and Miss Bahamas!... Lets go with Miss Bahamas first. She is definitely a lady of pleasing proportions. Yes, rastas & queens, click on her link above and go check this young miss out! As you can see, while Miss Barbados (from previous "Beauty" post) would have been a delicious morsel, Miss Bahamas represents a delicious meal! Now I do have wide ranging tastes, and therefore I can say that I appreciate women of varying sizes and possessing different physical attributes. At the same time, I will admit that Miss Bahamas would definitely be in the central portion of that range of how I like my ladies to look! What a strong dawta, as many Jamaican men refer to women who are filled out so nicely! Also, she is quite pretty! Yessir, she is definitely my speed! Next up is Miss Guadeloupe! Check out her pictures and then lets discuss her... ok... Now she looks like she is one of the "slim girl" posse, tall and slim. Yes, she would be a definite contender for my bredrin, Cowboy Eddie, but still, she is not too slim, so she is also someone that I could appreciate! Of course, there is more... click the link below to continue...

Welcome Back & Happy Birthday!
So... Natty the prodigal wife has returned! MBJr is happy, and trust me, so am I. We didn't have any major mishaps while she was gone, don't get me wrong, but we did miss her. MBJr. really missed that awesome, protective, cuddling, supportive love that she gives him. I give him love too, but its different.
Me, I missed all the things that MBJr. missed too, because really, I'm just a tall kid, you done know, but I also missed having her around to chat to, or to laugh with... while she was gone, I reflected upon how much we were missing her, and I had to say to myself, "Rass, can you imagine if she was leaving and she wasn't coming back?!
Thankfully, that is not the case! She has returned, and now the house feels warm and bright and airy again! (Yeah, she did some cleaning, opened up the windows and the blinds and ting! )
Welcome back, Natty!
At the same time, today marks another year in the annals of the Natty One's biography. By that, I mean to say that today is Natty's birthday! Yes, Rasta, you see how Natty loves us! Imagine, she left Tampa yesterday, the same day that the Thanksgiving sales kicked in because she couldn't bear being away from MBJr. and I on her birthday! Greater love has no woman, rasta!
Miss Natty, thanks for returning to us so that we could share your birthday with you. We really appreciate it and we would like to wish you a most excellent day! I plan to wine and dine you still, and MBJr, well, he plans to behave nicely all day!
Happy Birthday, Natty!!!
Have a great day, and we wish for you many happy returns!
So, do any of you have anything you'd like to say to Natty on this most auspicious occasion? If so, step on up, grab your keyboards and make your comments...

Giving Thanks for Da Beauties
Rahtid! I totally forgot to wish all my American readers (I wonder if there are any doh, eeeh?) Happy Thanksgiving! I hope y'all had some good turkey and applepie and ting. Hey, its almost like they celebrate Thanksgiving here in Cayman, you kno! Well, some border on it, like my company, who closed at 1:00pm today! The banking department ordered in some good food too, turkey and all kinds of other stuff. Me, I don't really love turkey too much, so I had some ham, sort of like preparing for some christmas feasting, ya dun know. I had to pick up MBJr. from his swimming lessons, but because I got off early, I was able to tour places like Sea Inn, a bar here in Grand Cayman, and Corner Pocket, where I frequently play pool. Thanks to the half day off, I got some liquor on board and I got to dus' out a bwoy in pool, so today was all good. I am giving thanks that I had such a nice day still! Even if your day wasn't so irie as mine, I am sure you all can find a thing or two to be thankful for over the course of the past year too... Be thankful, all of oonoo! Mad Bull commands it! Hey, I got an irie email today! It spoke of salary and bonuses being lodged to the employees accounts by December 16th! Yow, where I used to work in Ja., bonuses were unheard of, so I am really looking forward to this! More stuff to give thanks for, I guess. I'm buying a round or two for all Caribbean bloggers come the 16th, real and virtual, seen?! I know you all dropped by to check out my continuing review of the delegates from the Caribbean in the Miss World Pageant. Well, the wait is over. More stuff to give thanks for... Now, before I run up back into the English speaking Caribbean ladies, let me do a Latin lady... oops, that doh sound right! Doh get vex, Natty, that just slip out! Of course, there is more... click the link below to continue nuh?

M.B. on the Beauties
Bwoy, due to rough seas, the cruise ships did not dock in George Town Harbour yesterday, but by Spotts. Because of that, all the buses and taxis moved out of town and up to Spotts and they sure contributed to a traffic snarl! I got caught in it three times yesterday, going to work, (yes, I was late), going to pick MBJr. up from school and going home. Not good! Still, the sight of the cruise ships at anchor u by Spotts was nice. Cruise ships are pretty, don't you think? I had lunch at Senor Frogs yesterday, it was irie! The tourists were in the place en masse, and Senor Frogs was ready for them. They have a Jamaican working there, I believe he used to be a "playmaker" at some of the hotels in the Jamaican North Coast, and believe me, the man is hype! He had an irie party going on in the place, so much so that I never wanted to go back to work, and I was only drinking water, so its not the liquor, at least not me drinking the liquor... practically everybody else was! He was giving people shots as spot prizes if they won quizzes, he sang karaoke, he had them dancing and screaming and cheering, he even had them in a conga line, he stood on a stool above the line and every time each person went past him he gave them a shot from a big bottle, he just squirted it down into their mouths (and in their faces, on their necks and breasts, etc.) I really like Senor Frogs, trust me. Yes ppl, its that time again... it has become a custom for me to give a review of the beauties who hail from the Caribbean and who are in the Miss World, and even the Miss Universe competitions, and SMG brought it to my attention that the Miss World delegate pictures are up again, and mout' mek fi talk, so... This year, I will cover them, but not all at once. I will present them in twos and threes. I posted some pics of Miss Jamaica in the previous post, and so her picture will not appear in this post, (but of course, you can click pon di link to go see her pictures at the Miss World site) but I will say what I think about her. Miss Jamaica is a pretty girl and she looks like her body is saying "1", but as I complained about in the previous post, well, she wouldn't get to the very top of the pile if she had to work in a titty bar, ya done know! Oh well, I hear she more than makes up for it with her personality! Nuff said on that topic. Miss Jamaica is nice. She is the founding member of the 'Big Hair' posse too! It looks like big hair is in, ppl, because several of the delegates are styling that now. I'm not so sure that I like it on everybody, but Miss Jamaica wears it well. Lets move on... Now, since it was SMG who drew my attention to the fact that the pictures are out, and since T&T's soca warriors have given the West Indies reason to walk about with our chests inflated and with our shoulders thrown waaaayyyyy back, is Trinidad and Tobago that I am going to talk about next! What can I say about Miss Trinidad & Tobago? Well firstly, she is also a member of the "Big Hair" posse! Yes, she wearing her hair big and unruly, and it draws your attention. Still underneath that "big hair" look, I can tell that she is a pretty girl. More than that, she shape well! Yow, Mad Cobra sang "She haffi little and cute if she wah man fi slam!" and judging from the pictures, Miss T&T will have men lined up and she can pick and choose. Ra$$, if me never married, I'd have to join the line too.... Still, she shares more in common with Miss Jamaica than just big hair, because her father was a pirate too. It seems that he buried her treasure chest deep in the soil of San Fernando, so when next you go to T&T for Carnival, go a week early and take your shovel, you might leave T&T rich! No matter. I love Miss T&T still! Anyway, I am gone! I was late yesterday, don't wanna be late today. Toodles!

Wilma In Cuba
My bredrin Fidel sent me a Powerpoint Slideshow of Hurricane Wilma's effects on Cuba. Yes, he was trying to encourage me to tell all all my "ladyfriends" that Cuba is a great place to have your nips and tucks done and they can use the money in the recovery effort, (yeah, I know, I have very few lady friends to whom I could impart that knowledge, but Castro doesn't have to know that! I told el hombre that I have cojones that are just as big as his, and I was convincing, dunno how I managed that) The slideshow is quite interesting indeed, in the first place to see the effects of Wilma, and in the second place, just to have a look at how the buildings in Cuba look, and the cars and such delights. Its quite interesting, especially if you've never been there to actually see the place, know what I mean? I was trying to upload the Powerpoint slideshow (a 2MB download) so that I could share it with you all, but they have various things in place to frustrate my efforts at work, so I will try to upload it again later when I get home. If you are interested in seeing the slideshow, check my site back later, seen? As a little teaser, I have uploaded a couple of screenshots taken of the slideshow, and if you want to have a look at those, just click on the link at the bottom of this post. I also got an interesting link to a flash movie which tells us a tale about "The Perfect Couple". You will probably find this interesting as well... let me know. Click yahso if you want to check that out.

Yowah
Hail up, all massive and crew. What a gwaan? Me, I am sitting here in front of the computer and wondering what the day holds for me. Natty flew out yesterday, she went to Tampa and she won't be back until next Friday. Now I know that by saying that, I have become the envy of many a married man! After all, while the cats away, the mice will play, as the saying goes... and Mad Bull too will be playing... I will be playing plenty, but not as some of you might think that I would be playing! No sir, I will be playing with MBJr! Yes folks, Natty has left the little one with me!! Crazy, isn't it? Somehow Natty came to the conclusion that I would be able to handle this... I am sure that she felt that she needed to clip my wings a little bit too, after all, am I not the Mad Bull who came from the "Sure Wood" Forest? So anyway, I have to feed MBJr... no problem. I have to keep him secure... not such a problem. I have to keep him entertained. BIG PHUCKING PROBLEM! He gets bored in a heartbeat and he loves to have all your attention so I may be in for it! Blogging may slow down a bit over the course of the week. We shall see. So far, we have been doing well though. Like I said, she left yesterday, but last night I successfully maneuvered my way through the tricky shoals of entertaining a five year old. We went to the Sunset House, where I plied him liberally with food and libations, and when he was full, then ole Massa God stepped in. There is more. Click the link below to continue.

KRW
I just noticed that they are having a big promotion down in Jamaica, the Kingston Restaurant Week! Shyte, its been running since November 12th and it only goes to the nineteenth! It almost done already! The Gleaner Company in association with SSCO Event Management has come up with the idea of "Kingston Restaurant Week 2005", a week-long celebration of food from Saturday November 12 to Saturday, November 19. During the entire week, patrons will have a choice of dinning out at 23 of the finest restaurants in the city for less. All participating restaurants have designed a special fixed priced menu, designed for full appreciation of a meal at that establishment, and cost it at a price that is affordable to you. Discounts range from from 30 to 40 per cent, and you can enjoy meals from three categories of restaurants: Delectable, Savoury and Tasty. Restaurant Week is not limited to the food, but concerts, art shows and other events are scheduled by some restaurants to make your night out special. What an excellent idea, Rasta! I wish I was down there so I could take part! I noticed that Guilt Trip is taking part in the exercise. Wow, I wonder what Colin and Phillip and dem up to? I used to go to Guilt Trip all the time when I was down there, and ocasionally I used to go there and play cards with the owner and some friends. I must give them a call.... Oh, and look: Strawberry Hill! Jade Garden! As the Twin of Twinz say, "My God!"! Shyte, its just not fair that they never waited till Christmas to do this. Maybe I could have been there! Anyway, its an excellent idea. As they say on the KRW website: A CITY'S restaurants help to define its character. The expertise, professionalism, and culture that go with good eateries give a city its ranking as a cosmopolitan centre, and raises its attractiveness as a preferred place to live and to do business Hey Doc! I hope that you are making use of the opportunity, you know, you should have been dining out every night this week. Anyway, I think you should take a certain Panamanian girl to one of those restaurants tonight! What says you? It is Panama she come from, nuh true? By the way, since the chat is all about restaurants, here is a link to an article giving a historical perspective of restaurants in Jamaica. I wonder if this KRW will be a yearly event? I-man might have to start planning my calendar around things such as these, man! You know, since I was browsing through the Gleaner's site, I passed through the Jamaica Star as well and I took a look at the Femme Fashion Girl of the Day... She doesn't look bad body-wise, but check out the dawta's frock? Wha mek it ride up so in the back? (Why is it riding up like that) Lawd a Massy! Bottom in de road, to ra$$!

At least someone from the Caribbean will be there! Oonoo make me proud! A special big up goes out to Dwight Yorke, who scored for T&T. Dwight, the girls in the section below are for you... They told me they'd rather be with me (being as I am the real world's sexiext man and all) but since I done married already and since you got the Caribbean through, they are prepared to chill out with you!

Out of Chaos, Order...
I got a haircut yesterday... hey, how many of you can say that you got your hair cut by a sexy hairdresser who happens to have been wearing only a tight, short t-shirt and a thong? How many of you can say that when she was walking around you, getting her scissors, or the shears, or any of the tools of her trade, you would just slap her on the ass as she passed? Of course, I couldn't do much else, because whenever I tried to venture further, she would issue dire sounding warnings: "Mind what you are doing, you know! That is distracting, and it might result in me leaving a hole in your head-side!". Now, that sounds more serious that it really is, because by that, she meant that she might accidentally cut off more hair than she was supposed to from one spot, leaving a 'hole'.... No, she didn't mean that she would ram the scissors into my brain, using whatever she thought to be the easiest route! Thats why I am not going to change my hairdresser for ANYTHING, you know, rasta! After all, besides all the benefits mentioned above, she does a really good job with the haircut too, IMHO!
Oh, I was told about this movie by another blogger, can't remember who it was now, but I'm sure (s)he was in the Caribloggers webring, and so if you are in the web ring, most likely you all have heard of it before... I guess my mention of it here is just to add emphasis, you done know. Which movie am I talking about? "Unleashed", with Jet Li and Morgan Freeman. You like kickas movies? (martial arts movies?) Then get 'Unleashed'. Its as simple as that.
By the way, what do you think is the easiest way to ram a pair of scissors into the brain? I'm thinking its got to be by way of the eyes or the ears... I bet Jet Li would know...
By the way, I wrote another post late last night, so if you didn't drop by yesterday, read the next post, seen? Of course, you are expected to shower both posts with comments.

A Bad Mind Dem Bad Mind!
When people have made a good contribution to a country, oftentimes they are recognised for their works by having something named after them, be it a hospital, or an airport, or a road, or whatever. It is meant to honour the person for the contributions they have made.
Poor Edward Seaga (a past Prime Minister of Jamaica and until recently, the leader of the Opposition). He has made many contributions to Jamaica, many! He is responsible for all manner of things having been put in place, things we enjoy today. Many feel that Eddie was the man who turned around our economy in the eighties! If he hadn't done so, Imagine where Jamaica would be now! We owe the man, big time!
Of course, Eddie is human. The man therefore is not perfect, but IMHO its only bad minded people (and members of the PNP party brainwashed faithful) who would suggest that the man's overall contributions to Jamaica were not positive, and indeed, large ones at that!
Unfortunately for Eddie, he is not well liked, so when people seek to honour him, many others rise up to argue and complain. After all his contributions, look at what the man has come to: having to say 'no thanks' to the honour of having an important bit of roadway in Kingston named after him, because some people are bad minded and ungrateful.
I don't know about you, but I feel he deserved it. He deserved it more than many who preceeded him, and than many who will follow him.
Respect yah, Eddie! Big up! You did good!

Tings Nuh Run We!
Bwoy, a bredrin of mine had his fortieth birthday today! I called to commiserate and the rude yute told me that he is planning to go to Gilleans... so you all know that I like to play pool right? Between Trouble, Ri, and I, you must've realised that by now! So I told the rude yute, "If you going to Gilleans, give me a call.". Natty frown... So, a little later, I bravely broached the subject. Natty was chatting about something vaguely related to pool (and you know say it did vague! After all, whats related to pool playing but MORE pool playing, na mean?)and I said something about going to Gilleans, and Natty just said, "No, doh go! Why would you go on a Thursday?", and that was it. No pool tonight... and yes... a she run tings fi true! Bumbo claat! A shine eye gyal is a trouble to a man!

Sheikra = Life!
Hi. My name is Mad. Mad Bull. I always used to tell my momma that life was like a great, big, old roller coaster. You know, the ride starts when you're born. Sometimes life goes real fast, and sometimes its just barely moving along. In life, sometimes you're going up and sometimes you're free falling so fast, your stomach feels like it wants to come up outta your mouth. Oh, and there are all these jerks and bumps that you feel along the way. Of course, some people go through life and they don't enjoy it. Some are positively terrified of it, and some find it to be the greatest thrill ever, and, when the ride ends, you get off. The picture above is of the Busch Gardens ride, Sheikra. Those poor folks on the ride are just going into the 100ft drop, which is probably the part of the ride which is the most terrifying/thrilling, depending on your point of view. I didn't find it within me to actually get on that beast, so I can't tell you what it feels like. MBJr. and I did enjoy the part where the cars go through a big pool of water though, splashing everyone around with a great big deluge of water. The days that we were there, the temperature was pretty fierce and that water splashing on you felt like Heaven! Have a good weekend, y'all!

The Scottish Star Magazine?
If a man is unfaithful to his wife, and if he even leaves her and the kids, does that mean that he automatically becomes a pariah, or that he should be shunned by society?
No, of course not! He does need to support the kids, mind you! Don't get me wrong! Still, the man should be free to go after any job he likes. It does not matter if his marriage failed. Whats that got to do with it? Hell, if the alternative were true, that would disqualify so many people from jobs, nuh true?
Now imagine, an ex-patriate was hired to be the Police Commissioner here. A Scottish newspaper wrote a story about his getting the job. I guess he must've come from Scotland, but the write up was a bit of a hatchet job, if you ask me. More story for you on the other side of the link below.
