Frustrations…
You know, there are few things that frustrate and annoy me like making plans and then having them thwarted.
I had planned to take Natty and MB. Jr. to see the new animated movie “Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron” this evening. This would have been his first big screen movie, and he really loves horses too, and I was really looking forward to seeing how he liked it. Unfortunately, something has come up which will mean that we can’t go this evening.
That coupled with the fact that the first thing I saw when I came through my front door was Natty’s aunt sprawled out on my sofa
caused me to feel… a bit put out, shall we say. Natty’s aunt is super annoying. She is one of those “born again” Christians who take thier duty to spread God’s Word seriously… Very seriously! Thank God, she wasn’t stopping for long.
I immediately began to see the bright side of things again. So we missed going to the movie tonight. We can go tomorrow night. And we have plans to go to Frenchman’s Cove tomorrow or Sunday, so I have that to look forward to. And then there are also the World Cup Finals on Sunday… This promises to be a great weekend! Now I just have to come up with a plan to avoid the Aunt for the weekend… Muahahahaha!!!
AWWWWWWWWW… and imagine..she hasnt said one born again thing to me all day.Anyway she she’s only in Jamaica for a few days. Hmmmm…..wonder if she’s ever been to Frenchman’s Cove………:-)
AAAAAaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh!!!!
*snicker*
I know the type of person to whom you refer. Quite annoying.
Never mind Mad Bull, she’ll be gone soon enough. Sounds like a great family weekend though, so enjoy!
I’m sorry you couldn’t take MB jr to the flicks, life can be a bummer sometimes.
Hope *she* goes asap.
Yesterday in central London I was listening to a born again American dressed as a cowboy screaming about how we are all going to hell.
He didn’t exactly present Americans or cowboys in a very favourable light
THEN SINGS MY SSSSOOOUUUULLLL MY SAVIOUR GOD TO TTHHHHEEEEEE….HOWWWW GRREEAATT …
Natty, do you know that you are a real ’set on’?!
