Friends of Cayman
As I have written before in the pages of this very same blog, Grand Cayman suffered terribly at the merciless hand of Hurricane Ivan (the Terrible). I receive an email from a gentleman named Tom Comfort asking me to give his website a link. His site is Friends of Cayman dot org, a site dedicated to the repair and reconstruction of badly damaged homes on Grand Cayman. The site provides links to many charitable organisations which are accepting donations towards the rebuilding/recovery effort. Its a good cause, and so he gets his link.

Still, I would have linked his site just based on the interesting content, because he features a slideshow with some pictures that show some of the damage wrought by the hurricane, good pictures all… its interesting, I recommend that you go have a look at it. Also, through this site you can get a free DVD with more pictures and a narrative too, go check the site out if you’re interested in getting a copy of the DVD. If its the same one I bought, its a US$30 value…
