Yow, guess what? The Miss Jamaica World site has up videos on the contestants. What can I say about them… they are close to the crappiest videos which will ever grace the web. It look like Mickey Haughton James and his crew borrowed one cheap cell phone and use that to create the videos! I am pissed. The Jamaican people deserve better, Rasta! Cho!
Anyway I have gone through the videos, Jodie Shaw’s video was impressive. Rasta, if I wasn’t married and in love with my wife, I would make it a point of duty to go and look Jodie Shaw! I am not saying I would get through, mind you, but nothing ventured, nothing gained, you simi? 
What a girl sweet though! She is climbing higher and higher in my ratings, people!
Yendi… yeah, Yendi nice, she irie in fact, but her video never did it for me like Jodie’s, yo! Still, she has personality and confidence and that shines through in the video. There is something about her eyebrows…
Rosina Casserley is a lovely girl. She need to eat a bit more to really shock out in my book… or maybe after her first baby… but that is only what I am looking for… Thats not what they are looking for in the Miss World Competition! She is looking like she would do well in a Miss World to me and I think she will be doing well in the Miss Jamaica too.
You see Tiffany Ellis now, she is a beautiful girl. Three things she needs to work on… from the video, her dress was not that awful, but it still wasn’t saying one. She needs to get on top of the dress business. Also, I really wish she had waited two to three years to enter. Seventeen is sort of young, rasta! Finally, get rid of that hairstylie. The “hair-lie-down-flat-pon-head” business is not for everyone! For my money, her hair must look like it have life in it! It must do something! It mustn’t just lie down and pretend it aint there! Just my opinion still…
You see Sasha Gordon Leigh… she is a beautiful woman still… she needs to drop a bit more weight to place in this thing though… Make no mistake, She lookin’ real good to me, I would take her out in a heartbeat, but Miss World requires a more fit-looking woman. Still, the Miss World is in December… if she can convince the judges she will work hard to take off the excess, we cannot say she has no chance. I like her. Unfortunately the rest of the girls look as fit as a champion racehorse… She has her work cut out for her!
You know what I think? I think that overall, this year’s crop of ladies is the best I have seen in some time! Anybody else agree with me, or are the rest of you blind or wah? 
Anyway, as a result of perusing the videos, my current top three are Jodie, Rosina and Yendi… Its hard to pick a fourth and fifth because so many of the girls are strong contenders for the top five. When we look back on 2007 after the passage of a few years, we will definitely have to say, “Yes Rasta! 2007 was a really good year!

Anyway I do agree that this year is the best “crop” for a long time. I haven’t made my choices yet although Yendi is to drool for.

Jdid, I like them both too, its just that Tiffany too young and Sasha is too heavy. A little meat is nice, but not for that competition.
