He’s Greased Lightning!
August 16th, 2008 by Mad Bull

What a rass of a race Usain Bolt puddung! Blood fyah! It sweet me so till! 9.69! Bwoy, me proud!

The only thing is, can you imagine what time he might have got if he ran his utmost best for the whole race?! Wow! He shut down and started celebrating the win from about the 75 metre mark! I am sorry he didn’t go pedal -to-da-metal all the way through, just so we could see what the man is actually capable of!
Big ups go out to the Trini yute Richard Thompson too, he put down a really nice run as well, and also to the American yute, Dix.
The real sorrow of the whole thing was the run that Asafa put down. The man is capable of so much better. I am now of the opinion that he needs the help of a psychologist to build his mental strength for the big races, man! Anyway, he should still be around in four years time and I wish him far better success that time around.
Go, Bolt! Go, Jamaica! Go, Caribbean! ![]()

Can you believe just how biassed the American media is? Check this out! Here is an article about Usain Bolt’s victory in the men’s 100m race, seen? Can you believe that in such an article, they have NO pictures of Bolt, but they have three pictures of Tyson Gay?! These Americans are crazy!

Man dat yute could have never gotten a better name! Wonderfully done. I agree, if he didn’t “stop” to celebrate it would have been a ra$$ record!

Can you believe just how biassed the American media is?
Yes. The first time I say this was in the 1976 olympics, an american came last or second to last in a race and the Americans were going on how good the guy had done and how excellent his performance was and all now them don’t show the race winner!
Something I found very strange about Bolt’s win, how come none of his team mates came up to him after the race to congratulate him?
He looks like a boasty yuth still but he has numbers so I suppose he can get away with it.
I think he should not have pulled up at the end of the race but run it right through, my bwoy woulda probably set a time that would stand for a loooong time.
The Trini guy wicked too. Sorry for Asafa, I agree with others, I think he needs some help to overcome whatever “problems” he has because him can run like a tief to when its not a big big meet.
I wonder what big mouth Tyson Gaye has to say now, That deh mouth champion ( him fast still) muss swallow him tongue when him see what Bolt drop.
I am always a proud Jamaican but admit today I feel even prouder

I am proud of Bolt. Excellent race, as of now when an athlete celebrate before crossing the finish line we call it a “Bolt finish”. Today in the women’s 100m Shelly-ann Fraser punch the air before crossing another “Bolt finish”
bless
