The Mad Bull’s Blog, Version 3

I cheated myself out of some sleep again last night. I dreamt that my boss was getting married and when I went to the wedding, she had the groom ask me to lead the whole church in a prayer blessing the proceedings or something of that nature.

At the point in time when he asked me, I had only two minutes to prepare, can you imagine?! I just jumped right out of my sleep!

Then, to make matters worse, I didn’t go right back to sleep because I started trying to compose the speech! I would get to a point and then say, “This sounds like shit!”, and start over. I did this quite a few times, then I realised it was making me lose sleep. I then said to myself, “Fool! What is wrong with you! She isn’t even really getting married! Why are you wasting good sleep time trying to compose a speech for something that isn’t even going to happen? Just stop that shit and get your ass back to sleep!”, and thats exactly what I did.

I’ll have to remember to tell her the story today, just in case I fall asleep at my desk… then when she starts to cuss me out, I can tell her its all her fault!
