Hail! Guess what I had for lunch today? I came across this Spicy Thai Chili Tuna in the supermarket and it absolutely RAWX!!! I used it to make a sandwich. First, I added a bit of mayonaisse (not too much, you don’t want to kill the spict Thai chili flavour) and mixed that in well, then I added a touch of sugar (to taste, you dun know) and a little of some variant of scotch bonnet pepper that I have been seeing lately at the gas station at Newlands.
I had that with some “Captain’s Bakery” hard dough bread with some butter and TRUST MI!!!IT DID WICKED!! IT DID IRIE!!
To tell you how nice it was, after Natty had her sandwich, she came to me and said, “Thanks for introducing me to that Spicy Thai Chili tuna!”. Thanks go out to my bredrin “Scabbo” from Jamaica, because is him tell me about it! Awoah!
