He is the head of what would pass for our local “S.W.A.T.” team, called the Crime Management Unit, and he most definitely is one bad ass mofo!
He has been described by some as a ruthless murderer, and by others as a fearless crime fighter. Whichever of these you believe him to be, do not doubt that he is quite likely the most dangerous policeman in the Caribbean. My advice to you is not mess with him, or they may not find enough of you to scrape up and put into a coffin.
He is reputed to have cleaned up Spanish Town (which used to be a good deal more dangerous and crime ridden than it is today). He was also responsible for the Braeton Killings in which seven men (who allegedly took him and his fifty policemen on) were killed, and the “siege” in “Tivarli”, when he and his men were taped firing M-16 assault rifles through windows into a community WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING to see what they were shooting at. (Many men, women and children were killed in that incident, and scores were wounded, although none of the dead were said to be the gunmen who had them “pinned down”.) When being questioned in the inquest to this last incident, he is said to have given what I consider to be his most infamous saying yet. When asked if men were not innocent until proven guilty, it is said that he answered “That is just semantics.”!

I should have guessed that this was going to be the subject of your post today. Yup, don’t screw with this frigger! I saw the big write up in today’s Flair and could not even bother to waste the time to read it. If ever there were innocents, he aint one, in fact, he may help to slaughter innocents. Anyhow, let me shut the EF up, I don’t wish to have my innocent life shortened prematurely! Respec.
this is truly frightening, especially the part in which some still consider this killer a ‘ruthless crimefighter’. were the children killed in Tivalri criminals? what threat was he figting when he fired into the windows without looking?
