A Stolen Work of Art!

Hola, boys and girls… today, I came across an interesting site called What the hell happened last night?. There are some interesting photos there… You all should go and look. Interestingly enough, the photographer said “Remember…these photos are my art, my property…there is no “right-clicking” to copy or steal an image…it’s been disabled…”. He is right, right clicking IS disabled, but there are many ways to skin a cat!

Yeah, I stole this picture for the hell of it! If the photographer hadn’t said that, I’d not have done it, but that made it something like a challenge. It was the same thing with the Trini Porn site I blogged about a long time back. The webmaster there thought his pictures were safe too.

Listen. Anything you put up on the internet, people can take. Don’t put it up unless you don’t care if they take it. Thats my advice to you… (link via Shelli… She stole one of the pictures at this site too )

  1. So you feel a sense of accomplishment???

  2. I learned a longggggggg time ago nothing is safe on the internet!!!! So disabling anything there is always someone out there that can work around it and get it…..the saying is so true ~ when there is a will there is a way!!

  3. I did steal it! But I did give credit where it came from.Is that really stealing?

  4. I agree that if one doesn’t really want others accessing their picture or text for reproduction they best be keeping them off the web.

  5. If you provide proper credit and a link to the owner’s site, and are not profiting from showing the photos, then it isn’t stealing. You are actually providing the photos owner with a service by directing more traffic to their site.

  6. ~wow, you are my hero, and since you were so kind to admit your wrong doing, there are many ways to skin a cat right back ya know…~
