Christmas Food, Iyah!

The Christmas Dinner Spread

Christmas Breakfast

Here are a couple of pictures of the food at Mamacita’s and at Natty’s sister’s house, where we had breakfast on Christmas morning… I wish you all were there to share it with us! &ltsotto voce&gtOh no, I don’t!&lt/sotto voce&gt

Anyway, look at the pics and see if you can identify what we had. (hint! Dr. D’s dinner had a surprisingly similar menu, though we dinna have no steenking shrimp )

  2. there is some ham there… and fruit and some potatoe dish? I can’t really make it out via a photo, need the fragrance and the taste to figure it all out… but, from here it is a fine fine looking set of meals!

  6. Yummy, Yummy, Yummy,
Wish I could have been there too. We had a Ja. breakky of sorts too, but only the fruit.

  7. It looks like the ladies outdid themselves! That brunch looked yummy….and very elegant! I bet you had a wonderful day. My sister and her family joined us on Christmas day and my mother opted to do a pork roast. An hour before dinner she discovered she had forgotten to turn the oven on. (This problem seems to run in our family. ). We had hamburgers on Christmas night and the roast the next day. It was odd, but tasty!
