The Mad Bull’s Blog, Version 3

I was told about this site, Afflicted Yard, by Doctor D. Apparently the webmaster and the site got a write up in Monday’s Flair Magazine. I went to visit the site, and I must tell you, I like it.

The sites creator is a slightly crazy dude with a seemingly unique point of view. He distills his point of view to us in small enough doses that we can manage it, using the medium of pictures and the written word. In terms of his pictures, he is pretty good! I think he has a lot of talent. In terms of his prose, he is excellent. He tells a mean mofo of a story, bwoy!

As an example, read his account of the events that occurred in Kingston City, when the authorities were so presumptuous as to take Zekes in for questioning. His story gives you a sense of the turbulence of the times, and is a very interesting read indeed!

Now, I have told you before that I am not into owning a firearm myself, despite the overwhelming fascination of the Jamaican population with all things gun powder related. Well, Peter Rickards would have you believe that I am a liar, because he tells us that everybody wants a Desert Eagle! Check this article out, it is truly hilarious! It is also true, in that I agree with the man! Even if you don’t want one most of the time, every now and then everybody wishes they had a Desert Eagle, even if its just for fifteen minutes or so!

Still, I can tell you that his stuff is good, so check it out. He also give away an interesting set of screen savers (a nice touch, that! I am going to have to work on some madbull screen savers myself). Download the and try them out! I have! All in all, a very interesting little site where you can while away some time.
