We got TV!!! We got TV!!! We got TV!!! 
Thats what MBJr. was shouting over and over as the DSS Doc finished tuning up the dish and Spongebob’s face swam into view on the TV screen. MBJr. was beside himself with joy! Did I mention before that he has been asking if we can go back to Jamaica so that he can watch TV? He has really missed it, and the look on his face yesterday afternoon was really a joy to behold.
Actually, no, its not cable, Weststar TV doesn’t look like they will be in our area anytime soon, so I bit the bullet and got satellite TV. Now I have double the channels, for less money per month than I had before.
Big up to Seven and the DSS Doc for all they did in getting us up before 2005.
Also, yesterday I linked up with a bredrin who used to work with me at JPS. He has a Caymanian girlfriend and so they were on island for the Christmas season… We went to the Canton Restaurant in the Strand and ate some chinese food and ting. Great food! Afterward, we grabbed a couple of beers (and rum & cokes) by Hammerheads. We had fun. It was great to catch up on all the happenings at my old company too… T’was a good lime.
