Happy Birthday, Bob!
I didn’t even realise that today was Bob Marley’s birthday until I noticed that Hot BOB 104.1 was playing his music all day to honour him. Yes, rasta, it was all Bob Marley, all day! The station even “changed” their name for him! Nice of them.

So what else a gwaan? Not much on my ends… or maybe thats not true. For instance, Natty and I will soon be taking MBJr. over to Cayman Brac for a short visit, not saying when just yet, but it will be nice to finally touch down on the island where my grandfather grew up. I may just post some pictures, we’ll see. Also on the horizon, Da’Ville will soon be in performing in the Cayman Islands, and Natty and I will have to be there! Those are two things to look out for at least! 
I went to the dentist today for the frst time in what feels like centuries! The dentist had to do over a filling way back in my jaw. I think those blasted toffees that I have been eating nonstop were responsible for messing up the previous filling. I got two injections for the bit of work today and my jaw area is sore nuh backside now!
Cho, I think I am going to swallow some pain-numbing liquid… Do you think plenty overproof white rum & coconut water will do the trick? I will let you know shortly!

I think Voltaren (Diclofenac) might be better than whites and coconut water…but it may have been fun trying the liquid still.
Remember a bubble gum we used to have in Ja. long time called ‘Joes’? Well, one o dem Joes did grine a filling of mine….was there chewing and all I head was crunch….them bubble gums did tuff nuh rass…

If it does not work you did not use enough rum
The trick is to introduce the rum to a young coconut still on the tree. You can be creative as to the introduction of the rum into the nut but was commonly done in years gone by, maybe its still done but I have not heard anyone doing it for years.
Give it a few weeks and then you can “buss a jelly” like you have never had before.

Camp, Cayman pretty enough but if I am to be truthful, Jamaica is prettier. No disrespect to Cayman still… the truth is just the truth. Cayman definitely has it over Jamaica with the sea and with crime and violence though. (we pollute ours too much, all the fish are dead, the reefs are dead or dying).
